RETURNS POLICY
At ATIA, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Our returns policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free so you can shop with peace of mind. Whether it’s the wrong size, fit, or just not your vibe, we’ll make it right for you!
If your item(s) are not suitable, you have 14 days to notify us of your request for a full refund / exchange. The 14 days starts from the day you receive your item(s) in the post. If you use our Click & Collect service, the 14 days starts from the day you place the order and not when you collect it. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Please note we do not accept returns outside of our 28 day refund policy.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original saleable condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
- Item(s) must be free from any marks or stains. This includes makeup and fake tan but is not limited to.
- Item(s) must be free from any scents. This includes perfume, cologne and deodorant but is not limited to.
If item(s) are returned to us that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, or in an unsaleable condition due to marks, stains, scents & no tags. We reserve the right to refuse your refund. Due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned for a refund or exchange if they have been tried on.
You must email us at contact@atiaactive.com to advise us of your return request before sending your item(s) back to us. We will provide you with instructions and the returns address. We accept returns in person to our Head Office in Liverpool. If you want to return your order to us, you will need to email us first to receive confirmation.
