FAQs

Answers to your most common questions about this category.
Which of your socks actually have grip? Plus
Core Pilates Socks and Pointe Ballerina Grip Socks (both colourways) have non-slip grippers built in, designed specifically for reformer and mat work. The rest of the range, Ultra Rib, Raise Rib Crew, Base Cotton Rib, Active Crew and Lite Sports Socks, don't have grippers; they're comfortable, breathable socks for everyday wear, the gym, and travelling to and from a session.
What's the difference between the non-grip styles? Plus
Ultra is our thickest and longest style, ideal for gym sessions and colder days. Raise and Active are made from the same material as Ultra, but with a slightly shorter length. Lite is our shortest style, again in the same material as Ultra. Base is a lightweight ribbed sock designed for everyday wear.
Are grip socks suitable for the gym as well as Pilates? Plus
Grip socks are designed specifically for studio floors and reformer carriages, with added grip to help keep you steady during your session. For gym training and everyday wear, our non-grip styles are the better choice.
What are the socks made from? Plus
Core Pilates Socks, Ultra Rib, Raise Rib Crew, Lite and Active Crew all share the same 75% cotton, 20% polyester, 4% nylon, 1% spandex blend. Pointe Ballerina Grip Socks are 75% cotton, 20% polyester, 5% spandex. All are breathable, soft-feel cotton blends.
Can I return my socks if they don't fit or aren't right? Plus
For hygiene reasons, none of our socks can be returned or exchanged once they've been tried on.
