International Women’s Day is almost here and we’ve got something special planned 💕
This Friday at 10:00am @harriet_mcguffie_pt is hosting a women’s coffee morning at the gym.
It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded women, share your story, network, hand out business cards and chat about the business or service you offer (if you’d like to!).
We will be popping up with our full range, including our latest drop. We will have an exclusive 10% off for you all.
Delicious refreshments will be provided by Rays Shakes.

There’ll also be a raffle on the day with the chance to win an outfit from us, plus some amazing additional prizes. As always with Harriet’s Gym, all proceeds will go to Liverpool Breast Cancer Support — a cause close to so many women’s hearts 🩷
Harriet is also running her 9:30am class if you’d like to get a workout in before enjoying the event.
